Dear Coaches,

Welcome to the WUSC fall season. Thank you for the time you give to our youth players and your on-going commitment to our soccer community.

Before we start the fall 2015 season, we need to have every Grade 3-8 coach complete a couple of mandatory items: review the WUSC Coaching Guidelines, review and sign the WUSC Coach's Contract and certify that you have viewed the CDC Concussion Training video within the last 9 months (this is required for each Fall & Spring season). To proceed, we have included links below to both the WUSC Coach's Guideline and Contract as well as the Concussion Training video. Please do the following:

1. Read WUSC Coach's Guidelines
2. Read WUSC Coach's Contract
3. Digitally sign the WUSC Coach's Contract with link/button.
4. View Concussion Training Video.
5. Digitally certify that you have viewed the video and email the completion certificate to wellesleysoccer@comcast.net once every 3 years.

Note that signing Coach's Contract and receiving Concussion Training are both mandatory items for you to coach and required for both head and assistant coaches. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to reach out to your Age Group Coordinators or a WUSC Board member.
